Since 1937, Merritt & Harris, Inc. has represented the interests of the real estate lending industry during new construction, renovation, and workouts. For our clients involved in financing or investing in existing properties, we provide total building evaluation services and property condition assessments. In 1983, at the request of our clients, we began to represent their interests as owners or tenants in commercial real estate projects. In 1987, we created our M&H Sports Group to assist clients with unusual projects, complicated sports facilities, and other needs.  In 2007, M&H Latin America was formed to work in Spanish-speaking countries while reporting to clients in English. The M&H Latin America Group personnel are not only fluent in Spanish, but schooled in the cultural aspects of construction in Latin American countries.
