Our knowledgeable staff, led by Ricardo Flores, Principal-in-Charge, has been trained at engineering and architectural universities in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and is experienced in providing bilingual expertise on projects in Spanish-speaking countries.  They are skilled at reviewing documents in Spanish and reporting to our clients in English. They know not only the on-site language, but the construction techniques and practices of Latin America and the Spanish Caribbean.
