Merritt & Harris, Inc.'s Cost & Review Group is composed of architects, mechanical and structural engineers, and cost analysts who specialize in reviewing and analyzing a proposed project's development team, design documents, entitlements, schedules, and budgets.  The group's personnel are office-based and are dedicated to providing in-house reviews and reports to our clients.  The members of the group have no field responsibilities, allowing them to focus solely on their review assignments.
