Mrs. Asimakis, joined Merritt & Harris in 2011 as a Project Manager in both the Property Condition Assessment and Construction Monitoring Groups, while also performing Structural Engineering Analysis for our Plan & Cost Review Group. Her expertise made her the ideal candidate for the structurally complex Manhattan West Platform project in New York City. With expertise in Seismology, she has expanded our services to include review of Seismic Risk Assessments, Probable Maximum Loss (PML), and Structural Condition Surveys. Mrs. Asimakis was elevated to Senior Associate and Head of our Structural Engineering Group in 2015 and is an invaluable asset to our firm.
