Mr. Salgado came to JLL through the acquisition of Merritt & Harris (M&H) by JLL in 2016.  Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, loan monitoring of renovation and new construction projects, and performing property condition assessments and has recently become involved in loan monitoring of two sports facilities: the major renovation of the Arena at Seattle Center and the new minor league ballpark in Summerlin, Nevada.

Mr. Salgado joined Merritt & Harris in 2012 as a Project Manager based out of the Los Angeles branch office.  In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager. Mr. Salgado is proficient as a project manager, on both Construction Monitoring and Property Condition assessment assignments.  Prior to M&H, Mr. Salgado worked in several architecture firms, gaining experience in Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases of the architectural project delivery process.

Mr. Salgado holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. He is a Registered Architect in the State of California, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), has earned his National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
