Mr. Vonortas joined Merritt & Harris in 2011 as a Project Manager with the Property Condition Assessment Group. His job responsibilities include the review of design drawings and specifications, the field observation of existing properties, the coordination of team members on his assignments, the identifying of building deficiencies and deferred maintenance items, and the costing of repairs and means to rectify deficiencies. In 2015, he was promoted to Senior Associate of the firm. Mr. Vonortas is proficient as a project manager, on both Construction Monitoring and Property Condition assessment assignments.
