• Project Site Visit: Our Architects and Engineers perform a comprehensive walkthrough to observe, describe, and opine on the quality and condition of the Site, Structural Systems, Mechanical Systems, Building Envelope and Finish Materials.

• Deficiencies and Related Costs: We identify items requiring repair or replacement and provide an estimate of remediation costs along with Capital Expenditure Forecast Charts.

• Document Review: Examination of plans and specifications, maintenance records, service contracts, building and fire dept. violations, and certificates of occupancy.

• Specialty Scope: Seismic risk assessment (PML), environmental conditions, vertical transportation, roofing and façades, fire and life safety, and ADA compliance can be handled either in-house or through our network of sub-consultants.
