Construction Cost Analyst

The hire will perform Cost Analyses, visit project sites on occasion, and attend meetings if needed. The Cost Analyst will perform both up-front Construction Budget Analyses and full Construction Cost Estimates for a variety of project types, scopes, and uses.  This includes the analysis of new and renovation work, estimates of various scopes of work, evaluation of replacement costs and insurable values, and other estimating as needed. The Structural Engineer (SE) / Project Manager (PM) will perform Structural Plan Reviews, Construction Monitoring, and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) assignments. Plan reviews consist of the review of structural design documents for all types of buildings and materials, utilizing various building codes. Construction projects are monitored for quality, compliance with plans, adherence to schedule, and accuracy of requisition draw requests.
