Michael Chionchio is a managing director in JLL’s Northeast region Project and Development Services group. In his role as NY Market Lead, he manages a team of approximately 145 professionals in New York City, primarily on projects which include infrastructure upgrades, interior and exterior restoration, museum/scenic work, theaters, educational facilities, retail, not-for-profit work and corporate interiors. Michael joined JLL in 2000.

Based in New York City, Mr. Kratsios oversees all projects in construction monitoring and property condition assessments. Mr. Kratsios joined Merritt & Harris in 1984 as a Project Manager in the Construction Monitoring Group, eventually rising to Assistant Vice President, Head of the Construction Monitoring and Workout divisions, followed by Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and then becoming President & CEO of the firm in 2010.
