The Proofreader of Reports & Quality Control Manager will review and provide feedback to the technical staff on all Plan & Cost Review, Construction Monitoring, and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) Reports that reflect the best and most accurate work in the construction consulting industry. The quality and accuracy of the group’s reporting product is of key importance to the operation of the firm. The primary duty of the manager will be to serve as a knowledgeable final check on the clarity and consistency of comments and conclusions, budgetary issues, and formatting on our reports before they’re transmitted to the client. And to determine, as a result of their observations, the priority of needs in training and the implementation of effective training programs that will lead to a superior product. This is a full-time position and the person will report directly to the group’s Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be personable, a very strong communicator and team player.  Additionally, they will have a strong work ethic, and a good (and appropriate) sense of humor to help them navigate the challenges while keeping morale high.  We look for individuals who can work through difficult conversations and have all parties feeling motivated afterwards about an appropriate course of action.
