Based in New York City, Mr. Bellavigna is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Construction Group (part of PDS) specializing in Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s).  As Head of the PCA Department, his responsibilities include preparing proposals and fees for various PCA assignments and coordinating staff members for the various PCAs.  Also, the review of design drawings and specifications, the field observation of existing properties, the identifying of building deficiencies and deferred maintenance items, and the costing of repairs and means to rectify.

Mr. Bellavigna joined Merritt & Harris in 1998 as a Project Manager for Property Condition Assessments. In 2010, he was appointed Group Leader of the Property Condition Assessments Group, and in 2015 he was promoted to Principal of the firm.  In 2016 with the JLL acquisition he became a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Bellavigna has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science from City College of New York.  He is a registered Architect in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
