Mr. Van Steenbergen joined Merritt & Harris in 2009 as a Project Manager in the Construction Monitoring Group in the New York headquarters. He came to the firm with over 11 years of experience as a Lender, working in the real estate financing, risk assessment, and technical services department of several major institutions. Within just a few years, Mr. Van Steenbergen proved to be an invaluable asset to Merritt & Harris, and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2012.
