Current Responsibilities:
Mr. Humphrey joined JLL from Merritt & Harris (M&H) in 2016. As a Senior Project Manager his job responsibilities include the following: oversight and documentation of construction, review of project compliance with plans and agreements, objective analysis of budgets and requisitions, assessment of construction schedule feasibility, anticipation of risks related to project performance, and protection of client interests.

Experience:
Prior to M&H, Mr. Humphrey worked as a Project Manager at MH3 Design & Construction from 2011 to 2013, where he specialized in high-end residential renovations in NYC. During preconstruction his responsibilities included drafting construction documents, generating budgets, editing and negotiating contracts, and hiring contractors. Mr. Humphrey was also accountable for schedules, quality control, code compliance, managing DOB inspections, maintaining profitability, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
From 2009-2012, Mr. Humphrey was President at Sands Design & Build, providing architectural and construction services in NY, NJ, PA and CT, including the design and construction of two restaurants, a single-family spec home, and residential renovations.
From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Humphrey was a Project Architect at BP Architects in NYC, working on the design, drafting, and project management of residential and mixed-use projects. He was responsible for creating schematic design and construction drawings, including detailing and 3D modeling. Mr. Humphrey also analyzed zoning and building code to maximize project potential and ensure design feasibility, as well as coordinated among consultants and reviewed plans for potential conflicts.

Education:
Mr. Humphrey has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
