Mr. Carpentier first joined Merritt & Harris in 1987 as a Cost Estimator in the firm’s New York City headquarters. In 1991, he left the firm to assist his family in managing their design/build construction practice, as the Architect of Record. Mr. Carpentier subsequently re-joined the firm in 2000 as a Project Manager in the Construction Monitoring division. In 2008, he was promoted to Senior Associate and is currently responsible for the majority of the Cost Estimating assignments in the Plan & Cost Review Group, as the Senior Cost Analyst. His project management and cost estimating experience, make him an invaluable asset to the firm.
