Current Responsibilities:

Based in New York City, Ms. Joseph performs plan and specification reviews, on-site monitoring of renovation and new construction projects, and property condition assessments.

Experience:

Paulie M. Joseph joined JLL as a Project Manager in 2019. Ms. Joseph served as an Assistant Project Manager for Lemle & Wolff Construction Corp., from 2017 to 2019. She evaluated current building conditions for scope development, managed project documents and communicated trade buyout issues for new construction projects.

Paulie M. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The City College of New York, NY in 2006.
